What’s the instant crypto release feature?

Instant crypto release is a feature available to P2P merchants. If a buyer has completed payment but hasn’t selected I’ve paid on the platform, the merchant can manually release the crypto after confirming receipt of funds, without waiting for the system countdown to end.

This helps prevent orders from being automatically canceled due to the buyer not confirming payment in time, improving transaction efficiency and the overall trading experience.

Will instant crypto release affect buyers?

No. Instant crypto release doesn’t affect buyers. However, if a merchant releases crypto by mistake, it may trigger a dispute. The platform will review and handle the case based on the actual situation.

Note: merchants should always confirm that payment has been received before releasing crypto.

Will instant crypto release affect the existing crypto release process?

No, this feature is only provided as an additional operation for Makers and does not affect the original system process. After releasing the crypto, the order will proceed to the success page as usual, and the rest of the process remains unchanged. If you have any other questions during the process, you can contact customer service for further assistance.

What happens if the buyer has paid but doesn’t select I’ve paid in time?

If the buyer doesn’t select I’ve paid, the order may be automatically canceled after the countdown ends, which can lead to unnecessary disputes.

To avoid this:

  • Buyers should confirm payment on the platform promptly after paying.

  • Merchants can use instant crypto release to complete the transaction once payment is confirmed.

How does the order page change after instant crypto release?

After crypto is released, the system will immediately redirect to the transaction completion page, and the order status will be updated to Completed.

What should I do if I’ve paid but my order was canceled?

Please contact customer support as soon as possible and provide proof of payment (such as payment screenshots or transfer records). The support team will assist in verifying the payment and coordinating with the merchant.
