Why I am using the @SonicLabs Ecosystem.
Sonic does have some great opportunities to leverage stables and earn a decent amount of yield. Additionally, the whole Sonic ecosystem is incentivized with Sonic Points, which you can later exchange directly into $S tokens.
With many new stable projects requiring deposits emerging daily, stable coins for deposits are becoming increasingly rare nowadays.
So nowadays I am using the Sonic Ecosystem mainly to generate active cash flow and convert it into $LBTC.
One of the highest APR LP's on Sonic is, as expected, the main pair S/USDC with up to 1500% APR if you keep the range really close.
I am currently keeping the range quite wide for a possible outbreak back to the $0.3 USD range and a reasonable 80% APR.
The advantage of running smaller amounts of LP's with higher APR for cash flow is that you are farming on several points.
1. Farming LP fees
2. Farming Sonic Points
3. Creating Cash flow for DCA'ing
The only downside is that you need to create enough liquidity so it makes sense to run the liquidity. But if you find yourself good in LP'ing and can keep the range close with 1000% APR, you don't even need much to get enough day by day to DCA yourself assets.
